LotR, Pirates & Mystery! 2022’s Line-Up For EXIT Range

Gear up for some new additions to the EXIT: Das Spiel range from KOSMOS, as there are three new escape rooms to dip into in 2022 confirmed.

Whether you want to decipher puzzles from a well-travelled archaeologist, in hopes of decrypting his legacy in EXIT: Das Spiel – Das Vermachtnis des Weltreisenden (The Legacy of the World Traveler), or thrust in a swashbuckling pirate-themed world of puzzles, being transported into a situation of Scurvy in EXIT: Das Spiel + Puzzle – Das Gold der Piraten (The Pirate's Gold).

Given that it is the 20th Anniversary of the release of The Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring onto our big screens, it is perfectly necessary to talk about The One Ring, Hobbit Folk and Fellowships heading off into perilous adventures.

Along with the release of brand new adventures on the high seas and amongst Professor Ian Jones’ belongings, EXIT game fans will be able to make their way out of Middle Earth too, with EXIT: Das Spiel – Schatten über Mittelerde.

Geared up for beginners, players will be provided with an adventure in Middle Earth within the EXIT Game format. They will be put to the test as our favourite Lord of the Rings fellowship heroes, to engage in a series of puzzles (where magic is a necessity!) to escape.

The new EXIT games will be hitting the German market in the first part of 2022, but there there is no confirmation just yet regarding the pinpointed release date, and whether the titles will be made to other languages such as English, French and Spanish.

Do note, that due to the nature of the game being an escape room. The box does come with different components such as letters and props to engage with during the playthrough. Meaning all EXIT games have a one-use time - or you will know all of the secrets if you play it again. They make perfect gifts to hand to your friends as soon as you have finished!
