    Hi,

I am looking for a unmounted French Hussar for my Silver Bayonet team.  I found a picture of one, but I cannot locate who sells it.  There is a picture of the model below.unmounted

    Hussar

I have combed the Warlord and Perry sites but this figure, nor any other Hussar in summer campaign dress, is offered. (I know they have dismounted light cavalry in winter dress).

Does anyone know were I can buy this model or unmounted Hussars in non-winter campaign dress?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Regards,

    NR

Bad news I can only find one listing and they’re fighting a duel so missing the distinctive uniform and they’re also from the USA although the range is Paul Hicks sculpted and contains Sharpe and friends..and enemies. Duelists

In the UK you can find some SYW skirmishing hussars due to the difference in tactics, you may get away with them,

Fife & Drum also check out their Prussian hussars.

    good luck with the hunt

Thanks for the replies guys and sorry for the late reply, but I had to pull a late night at work unexpectedly.

At this pint, I think I will do some conversion work on the Prussian hussars, since the Hussar uniforms were more or less standard.

It is a pity that the figure I wanted is 40mm.  Oh well, maybe Northstar will bring out some options sometime next year.

    Thank again – appreciated
