Infamous JT’s Norse Dwarves Prepare For Kickstarter In 2022
November 29, 2021 by brennon
Infamous JT is working towards a brand new Kickstarter early next year that will bring a set of Norse Dwarves to the tabletop in 28mm for Fantasy fans. The sculpts have come from Sergio Alonso León and they are looking great!
Norse Dwarf Jarl // Infamous JT
The miniatures that you'll see below are going to be led by this mighty Dwarven Jarl. He comes armed with a mighty axe and his winged helm certainly marks him out as their leader. I also like that he comes with the tankard and knife on his belt, he is well prepared. He also comes with a loyal pooch who would die to defend his master.
Beyond the Jarl, you have all manner of impressive sculpts that are perfect for those wanting to make Dwarven warbands of treasure hunters and more.
Norse Dwarves // Infamous JT
You could imagine these Dwarves following their Jarl back into their forgotten and ruined halls in order to find lost treasure. There is a pleasing no-knee feel to these Dwarves which reminds me of Oldhammer miniatures. I reckon these would be a good fit for those adding to classic Warhammer Fantasy Battles armies.
I like that all of the miniatures we're seeing for this army so far look like they are part of a similar force but with enough difference to make them unique characters. Going with the idea we mentioned above of them returning to a lost hold, you could imagine these being mercenaries who have taken their trade to distant corners of the world.
You could have a lot of fun putting together a warband of Dwarves for all manner of different games with these miniatures. Whilst Mordheim comes to mind immediately, I think these would be great for use in games like Kings Of War Vanguard and with the One Page Rules' mechanics.
I also think that these would be great as dungeon delvers. They are all armed as such to be an adventuring group so if you were doing a bit of roleplaying, these would be a neat option. I also think that you could have fun working these into an army from Oathmark. Imagine if your Dwarven contingent were actually just a band of adventurers and mercenaries that are there to help your Humans or Elves.
Infamous JT is also working alongside Sergio Alonso León to bring additional miniatures to the Kickstarter as Stretch Goals and Add-Ons. So, watch out for this coming next year in February!
Are you going to be diving into this collection?

Didn’t you press enough money out of me yet Ben?! Also why is there a dwarf without a beard?!
They are dwarf ladies! 😀
That’s no reason not to wear a beard!!11!1
Those are really nice.
Ooh nice do get any bonuses for a all dwarf quest party?
I’m really looking forward to these models, slotting them into my units will add some great variety while keeping within the aesthetic
Getting very Marauder-esque vibes off these. I’ll be keeping an eye out for this KS.
Absolutely love these. Proper short-arse dwarfs.
