Doctor Who: The Roleplaying Game Starter Set // Cubicle 7
This boxed set has been designed for those who are complete beginners to roleplaying games, perhaps as a Doctor Who fan, or veterans who want a new campaign. Everything you need to get started is included in this one box.
The new adventure is called The Timeless Library and sends a group of varied companions on a journey into a library filled with dangerous artefacts and invaders. This then expands with The Echo Chamber and The Hermit's Lantern giving you ways to adventure to new worlds and new stories.

I must say that I've not really gone in for a Doctor Who roleplay before but a Starter Set is always tempting. I also like that Cubicle 7 looks to have hit the nail on the head with their Starter Sets (I love the ones for Warhammer Fantasy Role-Play and Age Of Sigmar: Soulbound). They always come up with interesting characters to play as, quick and easy ways to actually get playing and ways to expand beyond your initial quest.
I will certainly be giving this one a closer look!

Seems interesting enough.
I bought the first edition rules, but the mechanics were a disappointment. Never got around to playing it.
And ever since Crapaldi the TV series has been an even bigger disappointment. Stopped watching during his run and didn’t like the flunkies with the woman doctor whose name eludes me. Gave up watching.
Mmm my problem is the the new doctor and the crappy story’s put me right of the show now which is really crape as I’ve watch the shows way back in the black an white day’s the b#&*#?#s.
the current season (‘the flux’) is quite a bit better … but yeah, not sure what the heck they were thinking with the current Doctor.
The problem with a Doctor Who RPG I’d imagine, is the endless fights over who gets to play the Doctor.
Also no Tom Baker or Sylvester McCoy?…and why is there broken glass all over the cover?
But yeah, for those who want it, this is great.
