Looking for some spooky and terrifying terrain for your tabletop? Amongst the trees in the deep and mystifying woods, the fog begins to thicken. The air around feels cold yet muggy, and in the distance, you can see a shadow covered house lit by the candlelight on the front porch.
Haunted Manor // Terrain Crate
We have seen the gothic manor, and now comes the Haunted Manor from Mantic Games, as part of this month's pre-orders for TerrainCrate.
The Haunted Manor comes with 60 different pieces which have already been preassembled. No glue, no assembly time, just sit back and unpack to get some paint on these stunning pieces.
Whether you are looking to spice up your board game adventures, provide visuals for an RPG, or use them as scatter terrain, there is a ton of furniture, fitting right in with the theme of horror and with some iconic pieces to make your characters scream. Included a piano, rocking chair, Grandfather clock, suit of armour and many more creepy items that would truly belong in a haunted house, ready for the Scooby Gang to rock and solve their next mystery.
It's not just furniture in the Haunted Manor Terrain Crate Set, there are also a ton of mutants and monsters to throw into the mysterious havoc. Including the likely characters, you would be seeing dwelling in a place like the Haunted Manor, witches, bat swarms and giant ravens are preparing for your approach. Hiding behind some unlikely beasts, such as a Goliath monstrosity, mutants and tentacles coming from the ground. Did somebody say Hellmouth?
The new TerrainCrate set is available to pre-order now, and will be heading out to start shipping on November 8th - ready to place some spooky themes onto the tabletop.
Are you a fan of the TerrainCrate range?

Ok this might be a minor thing to some but for a set of terrain that is 75GBP/100USD/90€ only posting a list of “what is in the box” feels a bit… off. Like “If we show what this list amounts to people might be turned off” (And judging by how the last Terrain Crate I got was “counting” parts it is already a bit on the cheeky side.)
Yep. Gonna guess that someone missed a deadline with this one. It doesn’t ship until November 8th. I’m gonna guess the China supply chain problems had something to do with this. While I backed the two Mantic Terrain Crates, they were more quantity than quality, with plastic on the softer side. Some of the sculpts for the Horror Crate look to overlap those in the Terrain Crate KS. Archon’s plastic for their terrain sprues were much better, although the terrain wasn’t Halloween-based.
Lots of stuff from TerrainCrate2 with better plastic!
I sure this is a cracking purchase
