Meet Black Scorpions’ New Tombstone Drunks & Gunfighters
October 22, 2021 by brennon
Black Scorpion are preparing some new miniatures that are going to be popping up at Salute next month. The miniatures we're looking at here are for Tombstone, their 32mm Wild West skirmish game. Fancy a duel against Johnny Ringo?
Johnny Ringo // Tombstone
The sculpting from Black Scorpion is always spot on and is packed full of character. I love the classic gunfighter pose that we get here with Ringo who has no doubt just blasted two bandits away. That chiselled jaw and big moustache give him the look of a proper anti-hero who don't take no nonsense from anyone!
As well as Ringo, we also got this miniature which is going to be a freebie for folks who spend money with Black Scorpion at Salute this year.
Drunk // Tombstone
Every town on the frontier needs a drunk and this fellow seems like he has been deep in his cup for a long time. You could imagine him being introduced into a larger terrain piece as a narrative element. He might also be a good objective token! Get into town and snag your gang's drunkard before he gets "dealt with" by an opposing group of bandits.
Have you had a go at Tombstone?

Nice.
“I’m your huckleberry”
Really nice looking sculpts. Wish I was going to Salute now (not really, the idea of shows still scares me but that’s a hella cool drunk model)
Excellent looking sculpts!
Black Scorpion does some really nice stuff. I love their pirates.
