well that was a interesting video Gerry one question where in the hell can you get expanding foam for a quid its usually 5/6 around here for a can.
poundland
Ooh nice never seen any have to keep my eyes open when I’m back in thanks Gerry.
Was it me or was there a few puns in that video about pumping stuff in wile moving your end about? ?
But that foam does look useful for a variety of terrain types.
Isnt 3D printing THE mistake in the first place ;o)
based on those prints, yes..yes it is
I could see he threw up a little in his mouth in the beginning…
Mel did an extensive video on expanding foam and creating rocks.

aye I saw that a few years after I did my tree, not bad if you want lightweight terrain. I just use rocks for my rocks though. Don’t even have to paint them
And as a bonus you can throw them at the noisy kids at the next table 😉
Awesome tip. I often do this to fill thin hollow objects for terrain that need structural strength. It’s also a great technique for filling in the pulp fiber box inserts that come with most electronics instead of expanded foam, and can be used as adobe style sci fi buildings. Also great for making organic looking living/diseased terrain if you let it expand without containment.
