The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Adventure Game is lining up for a fundraiser over on Gamefound at the start of November. Taking on the role of the faction known as the Blades, you'll be looking to thwart a plot that looks to threaten the entire of Skyrim.

The game is a one-to-four player experience where you will be selecting a hero, travelling to the various Holds around Skyrim and delving into narrative quests. It looks like an interesting blend of action, adventure and storytelling which brings together the exploratory elements of The Elder Scrolls video games.

The folks at Modiphius have been working on this for a while and they should be presenting folks with a look at the game in action pretty soon. For an idea of how the game flows though, take a peek at this chart below.

I certainly like the idea of diving into a game about Skyrim that doesn't just follow the journey of the Dovahkiin. The Blades are a good faction to bring into play as they always have their eyes on the goings-on of Tamriel and make good heroes for the story to focus on.

I'm not overly sold on them using the screenshots and such from the video game in place of artwork (a bugbear of mine) but I'm sure those who enjoy the video game will be happy to see recognisable foes and friends at the tabletop.

With a generous playtime of ninety to 120 minutes, this seems like it's going to be quite the event game. I will be interested to see how much replay value comes out of each experience (they have said there is quite a lot!) as that will be the big thing that draws people back again and again.

Are you tempted to pick this up when it comes to Gamefound on 2nd November?
