Snap Up Victoria Miniatures’ Van Diemen’s World Devils
October 14, 2021 by brennon
Victoria Miniatures has put together a brand new squad of female soldiers for you to use in your 28mm Sci-Fi games. Get a peek at the Van Diemen's World Devils that are available for you to snap up over on their webstore.

This now gives you a brand new set of modular female fighters for you to drop into your games. You have a vast array of different characters here that could act as specialists in a squad of their own or across a larger army. This also marks one of the first trips into the world of 3D sculpting from Victoria Miniatures too.
The kit has been designed to be entirely modular and should be very easy to assemble too. Whilst it might say "3D Print" here, these are not available as STL Files. They are however a high-quality print that should retain all of the detail in each pack as you saw above.

As well as this squad which could be used for your specialists they are also planning on working on a few new female squads in the future too. So, if you wanted to expand this army with some more themed units then watch this space.
This is a super-detailed squad and I think it would be awesome to see what people do with this. We've seen people paint them in a jungle scheme but they would also work for a desert too I reckon.
Are you going to be snapping this kit up?

Those are really nice.
Wish they had a UK supplier.
Oh god yes. I know they moved the shipping to the USA so it makes is slightly better but still with import duty, admin fees, Vat that 60 dollars is closer to 100.They are more expensive than GW forge worlds Kreig. I am hoping they might be at salute in Nov it is the only way I will be able to get them. 🙁
I have hinted that wayland games should stock them in the past 🙂
To be fair current rules mean if the value is under £120 there is no duty to pay – I’ve had imports from Japan that I would have paid a lot more for if the duty had been applied but they sailed straight through. Factor in free shipping at $100 and the fact that this kit automatically hits the threshold for Vic’s free mini promo, you can get a lot for your buck if you plan things right. And if they run the same promo this year as they did last year for Black Friday for double free minis then… Read more »
