North Star Tease New Dwarf Light Infantry For Oathmark

North Star Military Figures has been showing off some new previews for Oathmark. The Dwarf Light Infantry is on the way offering up some lightly armoured bearded warriors to add to your Fantasy wargaming armies.
Dwarf Light Infantry // Oathmark
This set comes with a good array of bodies that are dressed in leather and cloth. You also get a set of heads that have hoods, helmets and a few caps. There is a good array of weapons in the mix too with loads of different hand weapons. You've also got mining picks in there for those that want to make grizzled miners who have been called to war.
This is a good set packed with accessories too. I like all of the gubbins that they have added at the top of the image which are useful for making characterful miniatures. Combine this with the larger range of plastic options for the Dwarves and you've got some great ways to make skirmishing warbands and larger regiments.
I am sure we will be back to have a look at some more finalised miniatures soon!

These Oathmark plastic kits are fantastic. North Star are really doing some fine work with these. I don’t play Oathmark but I’ve picked up a few of the miniatures for other games. I’d imagine when Warhammer Old World finally comes out a lot of people’s armies will include a fair few of these kits.

Amazing to see, but would love some handguns for the bearded ones – i know these range is to support Oathmark, but would really up their usefulness for KoW and/or Saga (for example)

I went with the existing 2 box sets of Dwarves for my first game of Oathmark the other night. Some of these unarmoured versions to make up as Border guard and Militia will be a good addition to expand my force
I am not comfortable with Dwarf archers.
I really dig Pathmark and Frostgraves more subdued fantasy figs. Gonna have to pick these up. Dwarves > all other races
