Corvus Belli Showcase Painted Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid Minis!

Corvus Belli has started to showcase some of the finished miniatures from their upcoming Sci-Fi game, Infinity Deathmatch: TAG Raid. We've seen renders previous to this but now an expert has put brush to miniature and produced these fantastic pieces.

Each of the miniatures here has got a little more of an industrial feel to them. They are designed more like pieces of equipment rather than weapons. I like seeing this other side to the Infinity universe. We've seen many sleek military units but it's cool to see these TAGs now being used to try and hold their own against other factions AND monstrous aliens.

Yu Jing, Nomads, PanOceania and Ariadna are represented in the miniatures we're seeing here. You can see plenty of nods to the different factions in their design but I also like that each of them feels very individual too.

I like to think that each of the pilots for these different walkers could have personalised them a little bit. I would certainly love to see what people do with these miniatures once they get them to their own painting tables. I'd love a bit of graffiti and some curses!

The game is still set for release via Kickstarter later this year. The game itself has you skirmishing for control of the planet Dawn, vying for resources and seeking to make up the numbers for their faction of choice. But, they will also have to deal with the terrifying native aliens of the planet like the Stoorworm.

Tremors vibes maybe? It's neat to see Corvus Belli expanding on the options for those eager to play more games in the Infinity universe. We've seen Defiance and Aristeia!, Code One for newcomers and now TAG Raid dropping later this year.

Are you going to be picking this game up?
