Are you a creative head, and are daunted by the mathematical output which comes side-by-side with RPGs? We headed over to visit Guy Sclanders with Bounty Hunter – A TTRPG.
Promising creativity and simplicity with simple yes and no questions. Containing zero mathematics and no dice, Bounty Hunters had added alternative mechanics to ensure all different tabletop gamers (regardless of experience) can access the bountiful sci-fi universe.
That’s an interesting change to gaming.
This is becoming a theme in watching these. I’m a crusty old gamer and just want to paint up hundreds of soldiers and throw some dice. What I’m seeing here keeps getting all “I can play this with Mrs G” (writing this on the diceless RPG story is not me saying she’s dumb, more that doing Ard Sums is more work than play for her). Great-seeming games and so much more accessible.
