Raging Heroes has expanded on their collection of Sci-Fi Void Elves for you to use as alternatives in your grimdark armies and beyond. A new character has hit the tabletop alongside a funky new unit and an updated classic.

Anakriah The Dissectrix // Raging Heroes

Anakriah The Dissectrix lead the way, leaping into battle with this rather epic looking sculpt. She has clearly been tinkering around with modifications of all sorts and now rocks not one, not two, but three blades. I wouldn't want to annoy her. I get the sense that she finds her prey, pins it down and drags it back to her laboratory.

The Skinners

As well as the new miniature for Anakriah, we also have these deadly Skinners. There are two flavours of Skinners to choose from with this being their Command option.

So, if you're looking to put together a deadly unit that might serve under Anakriah, this might be it. They look probably tooled up for capturing people and dragging them back into the void. I would definitely try a scheme where they have proper black bodysuits under their "armour" and then paint that in a deep purple. I might mix in a little blue too. Check out the Troops...

Skinners Troops // Raging Heroes

Whilst I went Aeldari for the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 I did often think about how cool it would be to make a Drukhari force. I love the theme behind their force as raiders that appear from the void and strike at unprotected convoys in the depths of space.

Updated Skaarlys

Capping things off, we also got a new miniature for Skaarlys. Much like with a lot of the Raging Heros range, this character got updated from her previous incarnation. There is now a lot more movement in the sculpt, a few new options and lots of additional details too.

She can be armed with her massive whip as you see here or a rather cruel-looking sword. She can either rock the pistol or a fan in the other hand too. A rather powerful looking individual for you to throw into your army and lead the way on a new raid.

It is cool to see Raging Heroes iterating on previous versions of characters, especially as sculpting techniques and skills grow and change. It also suits the larger scale of the current grimdark world they are no doubt destined to occupy.
