I don’t think were entirely ready to look at things in a pre/post covid mentallity, this is rather a more interim covid era and could slip back if nature says so. With requirements for isolation and quarrentine (well they do sometimes cross borders to shows). Amber, green, back to amber, red, back to amber whch kinda works like when it was red and the ‘four nations’ approach means they have different tweaks on all of tht compared to where many of the restof us live.

Also the actual guidance, we mean law, date change for the law to be removed and back to ‘common sense’ and guidance.

Things are still quite changeable and it has been mentioned that WFH where possible is a default T&C of employment and your employer can’t force you to attend the work place. Due to have that legislation talked about it parliament later this year.

So I think for now a once a month in studio and maybe a few special shows in studio with majority still being over zoom, if the crew feel comfortable to do that and it is permissable for the business to do so.

Then re-evaluate in the New Year post (expected) seasonal spike would be my suggestion.
