Skytrex Miniatures Look To World War I French & Big Tanks!
July 15, 2021 by brennon
Skytrex Miniatures has got a neat set of World War I releases for those who want to dive into a bit of Historical wargaming. Some of the upcoming releases included a set of 28mm World War I French Infantry.
WWI French Infantry // Skytrek Miniatures
This is a nifty looking set of miniatures for you to drop into your games. You've got your soldiers wearing traditional blue with fantastic facial hair. I also like that they've designed a set of miniatures drawn from across the world that would have fought against the Germans too.
World War I Tanks
As well as the upcoming French Infantry, they also showed off three big World War I tanks that you can use.
WWI Tanks // Skytrek Miniatures
You are able to pick up a rumbling British MKIV Tank (both Male and Female) as well as the French St Chamond Tank. I love these old school "land ships" that would have been terrifying beasts to see rolling across muddy battlefields.
All of these tanks are available now in 28mm and would look great when added into the mix during your games.
Have you checked out the Skytrex collection?

Can’t wait to get my hands on the tanks.
I think they already up for preorder.
Skytrex? 28mm? What madness is this?
IIRC Warlord bought them relatively recently. I reckon we will see ‘Bolt Action’ WW1 in the near future. Funnily enough, with the near invulnerability of tanks in WW1, well at least with regard to infanty, ‘Bolt Action’ might work better for WW1 than WW2.
Goodness they are nice looking minis. Great work Skytrek ?
The tanks are looking brilliant.
Fantastic work from Skytrex, excellent looking miniatures and cant wait to see the full lineup.
This is an old range from a company called Forgotten Glorious. They closed shop and sold off all their figures.
