Wargames Atlantic gave folks a peek at some more of their upcoming plastic miniatures this week. The Conquistadors are coming soon for those wanting to dive into some 16th Century Historical combat on the tabletop and they are looking fabulous!

Conquistadors #1 - Wargames Atlantic

This set has been painted by the very talented Andreas Heneborn and it certainly makes these miniatures pop. I love the range of warm colours throughout and how it works nicely with the strong metallics too. I have to say that those beards have worked a treat! I do like a good beard.

Conquistadors #3 - Wargames Atlantic

These miniatures could be used by those wanting to head across the ocean to the New World in search of fame and glory. I just hope that the natives make sure to give them what for as soon as they get off their boats!

According to Wargames Atlantic, they have managed to pack quite a lot onto the plastic frames you'll get in this kit. There are plenty of weapon options for making your 16th Century soldiers and you might even find yourself being able to explore time periods just before then too.

Conquistadors #2 - Wargames Atlantic

With a myriad of head and weapon options throughout and an as-yet-revealed secret part of the sprue, this is looking like it could be a really good option for those wanting to dive into this period of history. Wargames Atlantic seem to be continuing to hit it out of the park with their plastic sets.

You can check out more of what they have been tinkering with HERE and give us your thoughts on this plan to make Landsknecht Ogres!
