New Multi-Part Plastic Gunfighters Coming To Dead Man’s Hand!
April 30, 2021 by brennon
Great Escape Games are working away on their first hard plastic kit! You'll soon be able to snap up their new multi-part plastic Gunfighters box which allows you to make ten 28mm miniatures for Dead Man's Hand.
Plastic Gunfighters // Dead Man's Hand
The set comes with enough components to make ten miniatures in a range of different styles. You can go for Lawmen, Outlaws or a mix of Desperados and Cowboys. The sprues come with a selection of options for doing so with separate bodies, legs, arms and heads.

This looks very well done and presents you with pretty much all of the weapons that you might want to tinker with when it comes to making cowboys for The Old West. There are plenty of revolvers, rifles and a good ol' shotgun too!

There is a good set of heads too that would work for the type of posse you prefer. I like the fellow with the bandana around the lower half of his face and the fellow rocking the top hat. I reckon the man with a bag as a mask might be the perfect psychotic bandit that you need to stop from blowing up the local mine.
Are you going to be snapping these up?

sensational it also saves me from having to pester WA to make them now
This is almost a perfect set. you know what would make it perfect if they had Scarface Willie, just like the Greatest Movie Ever Made.
>Scarface Willie
Is that some kind of spaghetti western where Al Pacino gets circumcised?
I dunno…
A) Great Escape aren’t known for amazing sculpts, and these don’t change my mind on that.
B) Most every pose is a variation of guy-in-hat-holding-revolver, nothing too different contained therein.
C) There are already soooooo many different Old West miniatures available out there, not sure what niche this fills.
So unless there’s an upcoming Frostgrave-In-The-Old-West game on the horizon, I will pass.
I think the clue is in the name…plastic Gunfighters.
Multi part plastics are always welcome with me ?
May pick some up for my stargrave crew
There are some great kitbashing opportunities, a few Necromunda bits and you’d be set.
They look great! Are they true scale or a bit chunkier? Some light conversion work and I’ve got some pretty cool looking French Communards or some confederate raiders perhaps!
The deadwood gang.
Really nice looking kit – nice to have a good plastic kit for Westerns instead of just metals. You know, for those of us that are on the wrong side of the model material argument
