I’m a fan of the forum pages and like @sundancer noticed a big drop off in usage after the Discord was set up. I only have time to check in with OTT for an hour or so a day, like many members here. I enjoy the hobby and industry discussions that used to take place on the forums before and would welcome their return. If the question is interesting it generates posts and other than WAYPAN most threads burn out naturally as the conversation concludes. As others have said Discord is a chatroom and although I do scan through I’m seldom in a position to take an active part.
If a better forum is out there and is a technical possibility then great but I know that resources are stretched in that regard so it will doubtless have to wait on other tech projects that are already in the pipeline. It would be nice to see more of us engaging together here on the main site though so anything that encourages that would be welcome.
