Simple Core Battle Rules
The above download contains a simple set of core battle rules to try out with the Scenario in the Game Pack.
The rules take some inspiration from chess in so much as the outcome of combats is known to each player. This however encourages players to think a number of moves ahead thus providing a different kind of strategic challenge than other more conventional wargame rules.
