I wouldn’t be surprised if one half of the company didn’t know what the other half was doing …

especially now when they’re likely not at the office at all (not sure what the UK status is though)

People need to remind themselves that companies like GW are not and will never ever be our friends.
Even the best and friendliest in the industry are only friendly because it suits them at this time, but it won’t last forever.

There is the news that they are relocating to a new / bigger warehouse.
Maybe they have taking stuff off-line while they’re moving ?
