You could let things like the Spring Clean Challenge spark some impetus?

I find that the unofficial hobby hangout with Pundancer and Gerry on Twitch on Tuesdays helps me stay motivated. I want to give them something new to look at every week and realise that I won’t get something worth chatting about on the show every time, but they are very good at sharing their time with as many projects as they can, in a tightly scripted half hour (inside joke from one of their two hour epics).

A project on the project system can keep me coming back to a set of models or a game regularly. There’s no deadline or pressure other than what I may put on myself and my own expectations.

For me the best game for more hobby and regular hobby was Rangers of Shadow Deep, because you have terrain and minis that are required for each scenario (but very little is inflexible and too bespoke or taxing) and these requirements are bite sized in some respects. Paint your warband and some zombies, play scenario 1, enjoy it, look to the next scenario and the requirements and build and paint towards playing the next scenario through.

Keep fighting the good fight, stay safe and happy hobbying.
