French publisher Catch Up Games has teamed up with Pandasaurus Games to bring us The Loop, a cooperative board game for 1-4 players.
The Loop // Pandasaurus Games
Initially released only in French in 2020, this game was incredibly popular and I was sad to see that there wasn't an English edition. Especially after the glowing reviews on Board Game Geek, and awards and 'Seal of Excellence' from Dice Tower. But my prayers have been answered and The Loop is coming in English in September 2021.
In The Loop, players will take the role of secret agents, working together to take on and sabotage the evil scientist Dr. Faux. This evil genius is looking to wreak havoc on time and space itself and it is up to you and your compadres to save the galaxy from peril.
As agents, you will be tasked to rally and collect artefacts along with escaping the clutches of the evil Doctor's minion clones. To ultimately sabotage the powerful maniacal machine looking to mess-around with the space-time continuum.

As the release is not out until September this year, Pandasaurus Games has provided the rules online so we English speakers can get a gist of the gameplay prior to the release. You can find them here.
Another board game from Catch Up Games that is to be translated over for an English audience is Wild Space. A tactical card game enabling players to build a starship crew to travel across the galaxy in the hunt for intergalactic treasures, and undergo a whirlwind of cosmic missions.

The rules for Wild Space are also available on the Pandasaurus Games website here, ready for release in Autumn this year.
Are there any games you would like to be translated over into English?
