Art of Mike is one of those sci-fi Patreons that can put out some really cool stuff one month, then go missing for a while, then drop some rather “meh” looking characters from an archive just to make up the numbers, then come back a month later with some really cool stuff. This month he’s produced some rather splendid looking female sci-fi characters.
I dropped Papsikels this month partly because his female characters were tending more towards his earlier work – the stuff of teenage wet dreams with rather too much anatomical detail that is really necessary in a 28mm miniatures – and there seems to be an over-reliance on Leia-in-a-metal-bikini look for female minis, in general. So it makes a change to see some women who at least have their drawers on!
