Physical copies of this book are going to be released in Q3 of 2021 but you can dive in and get access to all of the options in Champions Of Order right now through a digital PDF. Here is what's included as part of this new supplement...

  • An expanded look at the Soulbound and their history, details on the mysterious Binding ritual that links the heroes’ souls together, and tables filled with sample Short and Long-term Goals for your hero.
  • A brand new faction, complete with Archetypes — The Lumineth Realm-Lords, Aelves from the Realm of Light!
  • New Archetypes, as well as rules for playing sub-factions such as the Anvils of the Heldenhammer of the Stormcast, the Ironwood Glade of the Sylvaneth, the Kraith of the Daughters of Khaine, and many more!
  • Almost 100 new Talents and 50 new Miracles to further customise and develop your hero!
  • Over 40 devastating new spells to unleash, including a brand new Lore of Magic — the Lore of the High Peaks!
  • Over 30 new Endeavours to undertake between adventures, as well as over a dozen new contacts players can make, from Collegiate Scholars to Kharadron Endrineers.

There is plenty of new information at the front of the book which details the Binding ritual and what brought you together as a group. This is the kind of "Session Zero" content which is very, very good for binding a group together and forming the basis for a strong campaign. It doesn't just apply to Sigmar's Bindings either as it also looks to other patrons as well.

In addition to the new Archetypes including the Lumineth Realm-lords, the sub-factions help to better define the characters you can play in Soulbound. I like that you can start to add some real colour through mechanical differences when building characters. Yes, you're a Kharadron Overlord but what makes you different from the others out there?

On top of that are more Talents, Miracles, Spells and also Endeavours for use during the in-between times when not adventuring. This is a pretty great option for those starting out in Soulbound. It reminds me of how useful Xanathar's Guide To Everything is with Dungeons & Dragons.

If you're interested in Soulbound then maybe take a peek at the Starter Set which is also coming soon!
