Eureka Miniatures Showcase Avalon Bleeding Collection

If you fancy taking history in a weird direction then maybe you'd be tempted to take a peek at the Avalon Bleeding range by Eureka Miniatures. Their team talked about it this week, venturing to describe its world, the creatures and characters in it and more.
Avalon Bleeding // Eureka Miniatures
Avalon Bleeding is, as you might have guessed from this first image, a game where the quirky and the odd has worked its way into the period of the English Civil War. During a time of turmoil, the Parliamentarians under Cromwell have been desecrating the countryside and getting rid of all of the old places in the world where the fae folk have called home. To that end, the fae have banded together with the King in order to stop these dastardly soldiers!

As it stands, the Avalon Bleeding range isn't extensive, but it is filled with some fun miniatures which you can use to suit the setting and play around with a different looking army. You've got Noble Faerie lords and ladies, wild creatures, gnomes, giants, trolls, ogres and more. Even witches and magically inclined folk amongst the human population are coming together to try and keep the land from being burned and forever altered.
You can now dive in and take a peek at some of the miniatures showcased above and sprinkle them amongst your human soldiers. I like the idea that you're able to dive into the period of the English Civil War and give it a very quirky twist with this range.

Quirky is good but hoping Cromwell has some way to counter the magic from these fae, saying that I can’t see old Oliver having any truck with Witches or Wizards
Lol they are brilliant figures.
Remember reading the book this idea came from, I believe by Paul Anderson. In it Cromwell had observation balloons and I believe steam trains (or at least steam engines).
