PWork Wargames Release Starter Set Tabletop Terrain Range

PWork Wargames has put together a great set of options for those just starting out with their wargames. The Starter Set Tabletop Wargaming range brings together terrain and mats to give you everything you need when starting up a bit of Sci-Fi wargaming.

There are an array of different sets that you can choose from right now and in a selection of different sizes too. As well as offering up a selection of their ace MDF terrain range you'll also find one of their mats which fits the style of battlefield they've tried to represent.

This means you've got different looks for the Wasteland, Industrial Ruins, Necropolis and City Ruins. I do like the idea that you could just go and check out one of these options and pick up everything you need to play games on in one go.

All of these different sets would be good for a range of games. The obvious ones to consider would be the likes of Warhammer 40,000 and Star Wars: Legion but I think you could make these work for skirmish games like Kill Team and Infinity too. It all very much comes down to how you paint the terrain pieces!

You'll have noted that some of these Starter Sets also come with a Combat Bag which gives you a nice, quick way to store your mat and transport it. With that and a box of terrain, you should be ready to go when we come out of lockdown and can play each other at games again!
