The Drowned & The Damned // Dead Earth Games
The Drowned & The Damned is a naval wargame inspired by the love of classic fleet battle games from the 90s. The idea is that you can dive into this quick and easy-to-learn game and start having fun with either the swift and agile Elves or the slow and doughty Dwarves without a fuss!

As part of this campaign, you can decide whether or not you want to pick up the Elves and Dwarves as physical products alongside a rulebook or as STL Files for you to print off at home alongside a PDF version of the rules. Traditional or modern, it's up to you!
Naturally, I am drawn to the look of the Dwarves who have some excellent looking steamers and of course, they are rocking some big guns too!

You've also got the Elves who are a little lighter and sleeker in appearance but no less dangerous when coasting through the waves in their ships.
Elf Fleet // Dead Earth Games
Moving away from the belch of black powder, you've instead got the advent of large ballista which can be used to crunch into enemy boats with ease. I particularly love the design of the sails for these Elf ships and they should pop really nicely with the use of a wash!
Painted Ships!
We've seen a lot of renders but the folks at Dead Earth Games also took the time to paint up some of the miniatures and they do look excellent.

Again, I am still firmly on the side of the Dwarves here. Why would I let myself be controlled by the wind when I can instead master the waves on the back of a massive floating fortress.

If you back the Kickstarter you can also get your hands on a Kickstarter Exclusive Lighthouse too!

Their miniatures are looking great and the campaign still has around fifty hours left for you to get involved so if this game has caught your eye, it's well worth taking a better look!
Would you go with the Elves or the Dwarves?

Almost said “sold” on his shirt alone but no orcs? NORCS?!
We would love to add orcs and will do if successful with the first two races!
You’ve done a cracking job they look great I can see this one doing quite well
Thanks – I hope so, not long left!
Given how much of a steampunk/Greywater Fastness nerd I am, I love how the dwarf ships aren’t explicitly dwarf-y, so you could use them as an industrial human faction. (Sorry elves, but I’ll take gunpowder and steam power over magic any day!)
Yes, any steam faction!
Great new models love the lighthouse.
Thanks!
The lighthouse may also be just the thing for Egypt/pharos players Alexandria lantern?
Is it me or does everything tend to come in twos? Two people working on algebra at the same time, two asteroid movies coming out at the same time, two fantasy navel games…etc.
It seems good though and I like the elven ships a lot.
More options for everyone!
