Puppets War Don Viking Helmets For Their Sci-Fi Armies
November 11, 2020 by brennon
Puppets War has added two new sets of heads for those building up a Sci-Fi army with a focus towards the Nordic. If you're looking to bring a Viking theme to your army then you can now pick up their Not Viking Helmets and Heads.
Not Viking Helmet // Puppets War
Both sets of heads either give you the look of entirely enclosed horned helmets, perfect for those warriors that are perhaps going to be fighting in zero gravity or places with no oxygen. They give you the facade of a traditional Viking helmet and their beards which I think will look ace once you've picked it out in different colours.
If you prefer to see the faces of your warriors on the tabletop then you can also pick up these Not Viking Heads where they appear to have removed the bottom plate of their helmets.

This means that you can now mix and match your helmet choices to show off warriors who have decided to approach getting armoured for battle in different ways. The head in the middle of the top row seems to be like it would be very befitting of someone like Odin whilst the one in the bottom left is most certainly a Loki! You could maybe make a themed Kill Team this way, using these heads to represent the various Norse Gods.
Are you tempted to pick these up?

I think the full face one’s would be great as robot heads.
Horneted helmets? Really? I thought that myth had already went away.
It did; they already have non-horned ones that they label as “Viking Helmets” and these ones with horns labeled as “Not-Viking Helmets,” so they acknowledge the difference. But you can’t deny that it still looks cool.
They look great!
