November is a new month packed full of awesome releases for Kromlech as they continue to expand upon their Prime Legionary collection. New Weapons which can be attached to either the right or left hand can now be snapped up to fully theme your Sci-Fi Knights.

The team at Kromlech have been working away on a range of new melee weapon which should cover most of the weapon options available in the grimdark future. They've got a pretty standard option sewn up in the form of their Chain Swords.

These options are there for your standard Prime Legionary soldiers who are racing across the battlefield, perhaps in the back of a transport. This allows you to turn your soldiers into an Assault variant of the standard trooper and get hacking. You'll also note they have neat ball joints in the wrist allowing you to pose them quite nicely!

Execution Style!

If you're looking for something a little more grim and martial then you've also got Swords with a flat top which make them perfect for executioners.

These might be good for those members of your Prime Legion that you're looking to turn into Chaplains and the like. I also like the idea of using these weapons as the choice options for anyone making a Black Templar army as standard. I think all of their melee-based warriors need these swords!

For The Sons Of Thor!

Next up, we're looking at some cool weapons which might fit well with those playing games as the Sons Of Thor (based on Kromlech's range) or indeed the Space Wolves you already have in your collection.

You've got these rather dangerous looking Axes above which can be used to hack through your enemies. I love the idea of rocking a pair of axes on your melee-based warriors so as they charge into combat. It would look suitably Viking which is just what you need!

The same theme could flow through the use of these Hammers too although you could also use these to help reinforce a theme throughout a Salamander or Imperial Fists army.

As big double-handed hammers, these are going to be good for smashing your way through fortifications. I like the imagery behind these and I can imagine a Prime Legionary making a huge hole in the side of a tank and making the heretics inside scream in terror!

Lock N' Load!
