I don’t know if anyone has heard of these videos, yet, but Simon Clark has done some amazing videos with a few colleagues of his about just how accurate the various planets in the 40k universe would be and they are amazing! I enjoy a bit of astrogeology, myself, but they go into all sorts of details drawing from their own expertise to see if the planets could be real and, to be honest, it’s amazing just how many could! The universe is a pretty strange place, and I love it! Anyway, check them out yourselves!

Well…yes. I don’t entirely understand that comment, though.

Astronomy is the study of stars and planets, etc. Astrology is the belief that stars influence your life.

Simon Clark is a cool dude. He also does some painting streams as well which is neat

@stubbybrush Ah, I see the confusion now. astrogeology wasn’t a typo, it’s the specific study of the geology of exoplanets (planets that aren’t Earth, basically) in the same vein as astrobiology is the study of life outside of our own planet. My apologies for any confusion there, mate.

@brennon He is pretty fun. And he has a great way of getting information across. A few of the professors at my university could learn from him! 😛 Though luckily in my programme they are all pretty good. 😛

No apology required, I must be getting old, read it twice and still saw “astrology”. I’ll get me coat !

@stubbybrush I wouldn’t worry too much about it; I’m only 29 and I keep forgetting my name… It’s just a few glitches in the brain every now and then! 😛
