Listening to warren on discord whielst sticking my fingers to magnets.
I found that three little 3mm magnets are enough to hold the double figures down
Tiny flagalants on a base at last
Blended the base with green stuff and left a groove to show where the bases would join if they were single
The empire are massing for battle with my first warmaster sized unitJust spent a few great hours listening to warrens new radio show.
i used the time to start on some bases now that they have arrived
i started by drilling 3mm holes into the bases then super glued the magnets to my fingers then removed them dropped them on the floor removed the carpet fluff then poked them in the holes with the end of an old paint brush.
i found that swearing out loud helps a lot when doing this.
it took 2 magnets to hold the figures to the magnetic sheet but added another just in case. You do have yo get all the magnets the same way around or strange things hapoen to your figures when you try to rank them.
most of the other empire dudes will be on single bases but this lets me splash some paint on them.
