About the Project
This project is going to detail my way into the world of tabletop Battletech. I have loved the Battletech universe for a long time and only now I'm actually getting into the tabletop game, before it was just the MechWarrior and MechCommander video games. I will be using my 3D printer, Creality LD-002R, to print the miniatures and paint them. I will also make some scenery. Me and my friends are going for the wargaming version, not the hex version to play.

What will I be doing?
This project is going to detail my way into the world of tabletop Battletech. I have loved the Battletech universe for a long time and only now I’m actually getting into the tabletop game, before it was just the MechWarrior and MechCommander video games. Paint Scheme
There won’t be a paint scheme for this one. I will most likely be making different lances which will have a similar colour scheme, but that’s about it. I will use my default colours for stuff like metals and such that I have used before.
For the bases I am going with my standard grassy base style that I’ve been using for some time now. I think they’ll look good on 6mm mechs, I’ll probably barely use any tufts though.
Models
I get my 3D models from Matt Mason on MyMiniFactory, they’re free rebuilds from MechWarrior Online, scaled properly for Battletech.
For bases I am using the weighted hex bases from Thunderhead over on Thingiverse. I just need to get some washers and they’re properly weighted as well.
