That’s understandable @torros 🙂 I feel the same way, however giving a little badge and some recognition to those who keep this project alive is long overdue, and we have future functionality connected to the presence of that little badge.

BUT… We are (and always have been) aware of the difficult circumstances folk find themselves in (we are not immune to it ourselves) so we have for a long time gave free passes to those who found themselves in difficulty financially – to help them ride out the crap times with a bit of banter.

Donate a Cult of Games Membership

So folk who do find themselves in that kind of situation can reach out and we’ll try to help.

And folk who have the means can do the odd donation to help us help them.

So really the main circumstances for someone not to have the little badge is because they choose not to, which is no problem 🙂
