FIRST!
that’s … cheating 😉
is this classed as insider trading? Lol
Second! but yeah, Mythos looks awesome!
It would be very cool to see it played on the tabletop with fully painted miniatures 🙂
@brendon is there a reason the link for Mythos above takes you to a different online store’s page rather than to Warcradles? https://www.mythosthegame.com/
It links to the Wayland Games store – which is Warcradle. At least for me that’s where the link goes.
Happy Weekend one and all.
Happy Friday everyone
@warzan A cosmic entity all to himself, full of hot air, making his own wind and compressing all other atmospheres about his own orbit. In all seriousness, a pretty fun guy
Weekender 🙂
I don’t think you can call us world renowned twitchers… more a group of old boys who love seeing tits in the garden
Badumting – I have heard a lot more birds recently which is very nice.
Mythos!!!!! Nice
Bloody hell, Fridays come round quick again. Show us more goodness guys
Mythos looks like an interesting game.
So excited about Code One!!
It does seem like a really good way to get into the game without the need to dive too deep. I like the focused releases selection for it too.
Happy Saturday
Happy Weekender Cogs and Cogs soon to be. Top show jam packed with goodness. I may not have doves but my garden has been taken over by hedgehogs and I have a seagull who likes to sing me the song of his people at half past early in the mornings….after last weeks show and some cracking projects I have decide a few purchase from Warploque miniatures is on the cards as soon as my bank account is healthy enough to be ravaged again.
Awesome choice – looking forward to seeing what you get painted up when they arrive.
Thanks, really like the quirkiness Alex has built into the game. Going to pick up the Battle for Troll Bridge along with a few other minis then look to backing the Kickstarter later in the summer. I was just saying to hazyboy75 that I’m going to have to start my first project so I look forward to sharing with the community. Hope you enjoy your weekend.
Thank for a other great show, and i realy love the discord! but when do we see Justin in our house? If win the two player starter of Mythos, i can realy piss-off a mate of mine ;o)
Justin has a house of his very own for a while now.
i mean the “house of the mutunus tutunus one
@limburger, If i win the Mythos 2 player, you can have 1 of the two factions if you like?
It’s a late, early Weekender!
Very interested to see how well CodeOne takes off as an entry point. Some deeper analysis of these lists vs current and future collection plan is needed.
Of the four factions CA is my thing, but I’m currently low on Shasvaasti, although Defiance will give me more; providing options across the three codes (standard N3/4, CodeOne & Defiance).
Always a sucker for new gap-filler models though, especially if they look gorgeous!
With the magnetised riders on the tank, I read a while back on a forum of someone who was experimenting with magnetized paint. This is basically fine iron-based particles suspended in paint. It’s too thick to use on the surface of models, but he was using it on the underside of bases to then stick to magnetized trays. It separates in the can quickly but he then found, while trying to stir it, that the partially-mixed sludge was ideal for pouring/palette-knifing into the underside of the base also giving it heft. I wonder whether you could try applying a decent… Read more »
Magnificent 7: At first I thought the first render was Vin/Steve McQueen, but then I saw the knife making him Britt/James Coburn.
The guy with the Cape and rifle looks like Harry Luck/Brad Dexter; who by the way is the only actor of the seven that I had to look up. Maybe it’s an age thing…
Tut! You millennials! 😉
Faster with a knife than the other guy with his pistol.
Weekend starts now.
Code One sounds interesting
Got my mythos when it was first around, hope they release the brotherhood too as the Kickstarter was cancelled before I could get those models
Yup! Warcradle already showed the 3D renders for the upcoming crew.

On these lockdowny times OTT has become.even more important to the hobby.
It’s nice you put the timing down below the video so you know where to skip past them
It’s the Weekender!
Happy Dance happy dance.
I’ve been working my arse off all week and am ready for Hobby out the wahzoo!
…..
……
…….
Got to the point in the show where the OTT Team show us all the cool minis of ‘Northumbrian Tin Soldier’ and the next thing I know tiny mini Time Bandits pilfered my wallet! I’m pretty happy to have the entire collection of Time Robbers speeding their way to my Hobby/Studio. Happy Day!!! ??
As a fan of HPL’s works, Mythos was actually a thing i’ve been waiting for a long time.
A shame that i missed the initial KS under paranoid games, but i’m glad that Warcradle picked it up and tweaked the game and models.
EDIT: stay safe everyone!
The renegade inquisitor looks fun.
Mythos’ Lovecraftian themes Look great.
