Cubicle 7 Release PDF For Updated Wrath & Glory 40K RPG
April 17, 2020 by brennon
Cubicle 7 has now released the PDF for their take on Wrath & Glory, the Warhammer 40,000 roleplaying epic which allows you to dive into the grimdark world by Games Workshop.
This Wrath & Glory Core Rulebook builds on previous work and adapts/tweaks/refines the rules to make the experience of playing much easier. Within its pages you'll be able to take on the role of Space Marines, Inquisitors, Soldiers, members of the Mechanicum, Sisters Of Battle and even Orks and Chaos worshippers too if that's the way you want to go.
Because the book gives you the option to dive into the world of Warhammer 40,000 in quite a broad sense it will be fascinating to see what people do with it as they begin to tell stories. I've played two Warhammer 40,000 campaigns in the past, once as grizzled soldiers holding off an Ork invasion and then as Deathwatch Space Marines. I much preferred being a Space Marine.
I'm just got my hands on a copy of the PDF myself and I will hopefully be diving into it and giving it a read over the weekend. There is also already a wealth of content you can check out for Wrath & Glory which is also over on their webstore HERE.
Are you looking forward to this?

Well this is great to see the game starting up again. I thought there were going to have a ‘conversion’ PDF for those people that had the last edition of the game? Either way still it is good that the game is around and going forward to hopefully newer and better future for all of Humanity!
There will be a free conversion PDF for those who only have the old hard copy. If you have proof of purchase/bought through DTRPG you can get the new pdf for free.
Right now errata/typos/errors are being collated before it goes to print.
Also this is the first major rpg book to have my name in 😀
Never played the game but looks good.
I missed out on Dark Heresy… 🙁
Card decks…er, no thanks.
The card decks were simply a quick way of determining critical hits/perils of the warp. All of those things are included as a table in the book. So card decks are not required but supported i.e. I never use them.
Good to know.
