Wyrd Games has been getting into the Easter spirit as well and talking about what is going to be dropped for the 2020 season. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, they aren't able to create a new model for this month but they did drop a teaser of what would have been.

Easter Preview - Wyrd Games

As it stands though, the team at Wyrd Games are going to be looking to try and release these interesting looking miniatures into the mix soon. I think a lot of people would love to pick up those Minicorns in all of their berserk fury. I also really want to see that Eggapult miniature because it looks superbly weird and perfectly Malifaux.

Also, because we're all a little rundown by this isolation period, Wyrd Games shared this comic which seems to sum up the feelings of their famous Waldo.

So - maybe don't go around beating up people for their Easter eggs. Actually, you could maybe make that into a scenario for one of your games? I like the idea of a Malifaux game where you're hunting down a slightly feral rabbit who has managed to snaffle all of the chocolate!

What's Special?

Without a new model, the folks at Wyrd Games are still doing a bunch of promotional stuff which you can follow HERE. For example, they are going to be selling a selection of their Avatars...

  • Avatar of Conflagration (Sonnia)
  • Avatar of Revelation (Perdita)
  • Avatar of Balance (Lady Justice)
  • Avatar of Decay (Nicodem)
  • Avatar of Dread (Seamus)
  • Avatar of Vengeance (Kirai)
  • Avatar of Athanasia (McMourning)
  • Avatar of Invention (Ramos)
  • Avatar of Deception (Colette)
  • Avatar of Insanity (Pandora)
  • Avatar of Fate (Zoraida)
  • Avatar of Malevolence (Lilith)
  • Avatar of Imagination (Dreamer)
  • Avatar of Indulgence (Som'er)
  • Avatar of Slaughter (Viktorias)
  • Avatar of Entropy (Leveticus)
  • Avatar of Contagion (Hamelin)

This is the first time that a lot of these have been available in years so if you want to pick them up, now is your chance. Also, if you spend over $300 as part of their big sale for Easter you'll also get yourself the special and very limited Hannah Lovelace miniature.

On top of that, you'll also be able to get your hands on a whole bunch of Alternative Models and such too. If you're a big fan of Malifaux, The Other Side or maybe even Through The Breach, you'll find something which will work for you.

Are you a Malifaux fan who is going to dive in and pick up something fun this weekend?
