Kick Ass With Games Workshop’s Sergeant “Ripper” Jackson
March 2, 2020 by brennon
We talked about seeing more alternative miniatures for the Astra Militarum last week and it seems like Games Workshop listened. Sergeant "Ripper" Jackson is going to be available soon as an Exclusive Miniature at store opening events and she's looking very badass indeed.

This lady is a pretty awesome look at the hardened Jungle Fighters of Catachan. She comes armed, as most veterans are, with a multitude of weapons. A Boltgun, Laspistol and Chainsword are all available to her as she takes on the deadly creatures of Catachan and whatever armies her squad might encounter.
She has also taken a beating in her time it seems, showing off a bionic leg atop the corpse of a dead Tyranid. I want to know what creature made off with her leg and I hope she is on the lookout for such a beast so she can enact her revenge.
As nice as it is to see just one new Catachan in the mix, one hopes this could have Games Workshop designing more who can follow her into battle. The Catachan are still quite the fan favourite so it would make sense to add to their ranks.
Are you going to be keeping an eye out for her for use in your Warhammer 40,000 army?

Lovely mini, the way she is holding the gun is a bit weird but its great that the Catachans are getting some love.
If only i had a store opening nearby!
Nice figure a 40K Vasquez?
Hah yes, good reference
Given I play Space Marines instead of Imperial Guard, I haven’t really been that interested in many Guard offerings outside of their tanks…but I NEED 40K Vasquez in my army, and I don’t care how I have to fudge the rules to do it!!!
Uuuuu… Another miniature I can safely ignore, as I don’t have access to it and the price on ebay will be retarded.
I really want this model, hopefully I’ll manage to get one.
Love this sculpt though I think she would look pretty cool pointing with her left hand at the next person/thing that is about to get ripped up.
What’s with that face? Is she one of the Lizard people or something? That’s really letting down what would otherwise be a fantastic miniature
Her face kind of reminds me of Annette Benning
