Finished him off quickly. I may try and base him up snow and ice style but he’s a boardgame piece so he can wait. Trying to keep it loose and in feeling with Adrian Smith’s great artwork for the game.

I have this game. One of the few Kickstarter that played as well as it looked. I put a few blobs of paint on to identify the shaman and banner bearers for gameplay clarity, but that was a far as I got.
Did the same with War of the Ring minis, just to make gameplay easier.
Often with boardgames I paint the heroes and villains, not the minions.
But impressive work on your part so far.
