Have you ever bought the magnets from China?. They always seem dirt cheap
I have always thought I should really start magnetizing some miniatures but just never bothered. It would have made transporting a lot of my Warhammer armies a lot easier!
Can’t stress enough the importance of having the ‘magnet in a bit of sprue’ to get everything facing the same way. Nothing worse than having bits that repel and having to clean them out – you’ll nearly always end up damaging your model. And for turrets, if you do them all at once, you’re probably fine. If you do them over a period of time, check the old ones and get the same polarity otherwise you’ll spend ages at the start of every game trying to match turrets to hulls!
