28 Volume 2 Is Packed With More Warhammer Inspiration
February 17, 2020 by brennon
28 is an awesome magazine/ezine which drags you into the world of Warhammer from a different angle. The first issue was a fascinating introduction to their arty take on the world of Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Fantasy, Age Of Sigmar, Inquisitor, Mordheim, Necromunda and more. The new issue takes us into the City Of The Damned.

In this issue, they explore the game of Mordheim, a world packed with all manner of weird and wonderful characters who have found themselves embroiled in the goings-on of a city bathed in madness. The magazine is packed with loads of options for building warbands who wander through its streets as well as ways to create the city itself. As well as that there are articles from the likes of Tuomas Pirinen and Edgar Skomorowski.
I have always really loved Mordheim in particular as it was a great setting packed with intriguing adventures that were on the darker side of things. As well as being a world filled with all manner of interesting characters, to begin with, it also comes with wonderful possibilities for conversion and the like too.
It is well worth diving in so you can explore more of the amazing articles put forth in this magazine. It really is a pretty insane labour of love which was worth waiting for. As well as the talk of Mordheim there are also articles on the grimdark future too.
If you're a big fan of Warhammer and the grimdark nature of both Fantasy and Sci-Fi then this is well worth diving into. I would love to maybe even see some of our community looking to submit articles to this in the future too.

Some absolutely amazing stuff in there… truly inspirational!
This is the first I’ve heard of this publication – wow, absolutely crammed with inspiration! Reminds me of the Blanchitsu series of articles that ran in White Dwarf. Definitely going to steal some ideas from this! Would really love these to be available in print too.
That is pretty dashed incredible. Downloading now!
