Blood and Valors release date of 31 January has come and gone with no release or news.  My pre-order is still in the pending status.  I don’t do the Facebook thing so I was just wondering if anyone on the Blood and Valor group has heard any news from Firelock Games?

    thanks

there was a delay at the printers that they were only informed about in the last week of Jan that they would miss it, “unfortunately the printer is saying Feb 11th, after Rapier. They are trying to get them done earlier, but no promises”

That’s another week gone past their new release date with no release and no info on their website.  This my first experience ordering from Firelock Games.  So far, not really that impressed.

I received my copy of “BLOOD AND VALOR” today.  That in it’s self is saying something as today is a national holiday, here in the USA, and mail does not normally run on such holidays.

The book is fantastic.  Looks great, feels well made, and the colors inside are gorgeous.

I have only begun to read through the book so I can’t speak of the rules yet.  But I’m a happy camper to have this new book from Firelock Games in my hands.  I’ve enjoyed everything that Firelock has put forth so far and I have no doubt that this will live up to their past catalog.

I been excited to get my hands on these rules since last year when OTT showed some of the rules in a play-thru at last year’s HistoriCon.  You can find those videos here on the OTT site.
