V&V Miniatures are seriously getting involved in this rush to create lots of Byzantine models for use in your Dark Age and Medieval games. The focus this week was on the creation of a Byzantine Emperor model which will be coming out soon.

Byzantine Emperor - V&V Miniatures

This fellow is looking rather resplendent in his armour which deserves to be painted up in shining bronze and gold. As I've said with a lot of the Byzantine models we've been seeing recently, it really does allow you to explore different colour schemes because of the number of different cultures that would have passed through their realm.

I am also very much a man who enjoys a cloak on a model and he has a beard so this really is a model that ticks all of my boxes. We talked more about the V&V range on a previous Weekender episode and I think we all agree as a team that their collection is great for those who want some signature models which sit at the core of your force on the tabletop.

It is certainly worth checking out more of what they have to offer, especially if you like your Dark Age armies.

What do you make of this new Byzantine gentleman?
