This is a topic I need to put to better use myself. Lately I have been working on the purchase of a commercial building to domicile our business while leasing out the other spaces. This burned the candle at both ends much too much and it has been a detriment to my health as even with a cold or flu one must still get the work done.

There is irony as on multiple times in the last few weeks I have been the one counseling others to take the break and shut down a bit, while going full tilt.

This hit me during the Star Wars hobby weekend. I needed to sit and paint and clear the mind but the paper work to get the deal done by the end of the year killed my fun time. It is time to get the paints out and relax a bit each day. The mental reset is very needed.

A big thank you to the crew and members here at the OTT BoW world. This is the place to find that much needed escape.
