About the Project
As 2019 comes to a close I find myself inspired by the Weekender and XLBS Hobby Time updates from the gang on OnTableTop. As an avid miniature gamer, boardgamer, and Role Player I am not going to state that in 2020 I will get all my miniatures painted by the end of the year. I do plan on taking time to enjoy the hobby on a weekly basis. Whether it's painting, gaming, or just writing stories for my gaming group. It's all about enjoying the hobby we all love. I plan to post weekly with battle reports, stories, pictures. I hope we all have an enjoyable 2020, and if anyone else is starting a project like this let me know. Let's all help each other get some hobby in!

First game of 2020. Age of Sigmar. Sylvaneth vs Nighthaunts!
My son Ryan and I are starting new armies for Age of Sigmar. Escalation leagues are starting at our local games store (Born to Games) and our local Warhammer store so we are trying to get some 500 point games in. So far we both have won one game, so today was the tie breaker. The game started out with the treeman on the move creating Wild woods and putting the pressure on the nighthaunts to get stuck in. The Knight of Shrouds on ethereal steed was up for the challenge. After clearing out some Dryad units and getting peppered by some Kurnoth hunters the Knight of Shrouds stood tall. The Night Haunt saves either are real good or Real bad every game so far. Win goes to the Nighthaunts, but we both had a great time. Priming my son’s army up tonight to start painting them.
