Crooked Dice’s Shambling Zombies & Sci-Fi Civilians Pop Up
December 4, 2019 by brennon
Come and take a peek at some more of the new releases coming your way from the folks at Crooked Dice for you to drop into 7TV and plenty of other games out there right now. We start with something deaderific and their Bloater Zombies!
These shambling corpses would be a fantastic way to build-up both comical and more serious takes on the post-apocalypse. Depending on how you paint these they could either be terrifying ghouls that you need to sneak past or cartoon oddities as we see here which are ready to pop from long range so they take more of their shambling brethren down with them. I do love the Bloater on the left of the image who probably ran a rather nice diner before she got turned!
Space Station Civilians
As well as this look at the post-apocalypse there are also a handful of Sci-Fi characters you can pick up with their Street Folk set.
This lovely collection comes with a range of different characters that you might find wandering the corridors of a space station or making their way through the streets of a town on a faraway moon. You get a handful of kids in the set which is neat for scene-setting, a vendor giving away food and also that strange elf-like creature who could either be incredibly helpful in your adventures or a right pest I bet!
We had a look at their previews for the other releases HERE but you will also be able to now pick up the Security Guards and Mobsters too.
What do you think of these new sets?

And then Chris-chan was a zombie. Those sci-fi civilians look good, and they aren’t too overtly sci-fi, so I could see them being used in a strange modern or near-future setting. Not sure about the elf, though.
Love the civilian kid’s the zombies are great to mix in with others.
