Classic Wolfriders Go Hunting In Warhammer Underworlds
November 11, 2019 by brennon
Games Workshop is also releasing some new options for those who are playing Warhammer Underworlds: Beastgrave. Scampering into the fighting we have Rippa's Snarlfangs who bring more mobility to this quick and easy game set in the Age Of Sigmar universe.
Start A Warhammer Underworlds Warband @ Store.OnTableTop
Rippa and his companions here have been given a vision by Gorkamorka of a massive choppa and they are now hellbent on finding it, regardless of the other warbands which are standing in their way. I really like the way they've modernised the look of the Goblin/Grot for the aesthetic of Age Of Sigmar and the wolves are certainly more dynamic.
As well as the models with all of the affiliated cards you'll also be able to get some more accessories to add to your gaming experience if Warhammer Underworlds is your game of choice.
Dreadfane Expanded
As well as the release of Rippa's Snarlfangs we've also got a reboxing of Dreadfane which continues the clash between the Stormcast Eternals and Nighthaunts in the game fully.
Lady Harrow’s Mournflight and Ironsoul’s Condemnors now join the fighting properly and can fight against some of the other warbands out there, continuing the story and allowing you to tell new tales.
Are you going to be picking up these new options for Warhammer Underworlds?

I’ll be waiting until Northstar release their wolf riders to see what they look like first.
I remember watching them being sculpted at Salute in April, surely they must be out soon?
All gone very quiet on that front. But with Gaslands and Frostgrave, Northstar have been busy recently. With Oathmark due early next year, hopefully some news will be released soon.
Little green buggers on grey beasts… what’s not to love? 😉
Shame there’s only three in a set.
Damnit GW I’ve not even painted my ghoulies for underworld and now it’s wolf riders!
I played Beastgrave on Thursday last week.
I really enjoyed it but wasn’t mad on either of the starter factions in the box.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could sort of “build your own starter box” because I would defiantly build it with the wolf riders and one other instead.
@thedace You could always get the starter set and sell the two warbands and keep all the tokens, rules and boards and then pick up Nightvault, if you can still get it 🙂
Great wolf rider’s.
I was always curious about Warhammer Underworlds and liked what I saw whenever a release came out. I took the plunge and bought Nightvault last year, painted it up over Christmas and January and eventually got around to playing a couple of months ago. I’ve introduced three friends each and picked up some more warbands. Its a solid game with depth, does not take up a lot of space and is inexpensive as far as wargames go. So quick and easy to learn and the game makes you make tough decisions. Im very curious how the wolfrider’s work in-game and… Read more »
