Adorn Your Bags & Clothing With Privateer Press Pins
May 14, 2014 by brennon
Privateer Press make some good looking miniatures but they've also delved into the world of additional gubbins and more specifically Privateer Pins. See what you think of these which are going to be available at events, conventions, and through the webstore itself...
These are very cool looking pins and crafted from metal and enamel with a golden finish to the lines. As well as bigger character pins like these they also do logo pins for the various factions and games they make. You can even buy a simple skull one if you'd like.
I think on a whole this is a pretty cool idea and the Warpwolf and Madrake ones I've posted above have already got me thinking it would be neat to pick them up.
Is this something for the Warmahordes player who has everything?

*sigh*
I remember when GW used to do this stuff, or at least contract it out to someone. With their book like PP seems to be aping the GW business model of the 90’s, in a slightly more player friendly fashion though I would guess.
(Ohhhh, these badges are very nice though!)
That GW is long dead. They are a very entrenched “big” company with too much overhead and not enough passion or innovation. PP is still run by the folks who built it, they still have that passion and “new” company feel to them. Of course give them another 20 years and a lot more success and we’ll see if they can sustain it … but hey let’s not get ahead of ourselves … I’m going to enjoy the ride while it lasts (just like with GW) … the trick will be knowing when to get off the train 🙂
The bulldog buckle company did some awesome 40k buckles for GW, still got my imperial eagle and blood angel buckles 🙂
I really prefer the faction pins tbh as they look a little clearer imo. Hopeing to pick some of these up. 🙂
Hah, I’d love one of Ashlynn waving her flag 😀
If anyones interested I have a few really old GW badges! and even a watch with evilsunz face on it!
I don’t know… They’re nice, but I think they look like a saturday morning cartoon version of the thing they represent.
They do look suspiciously world of Warcraft… ish….
A Saturday morning warmahordes cartoon sounds amazing. Can we get the studio that produces the DC animated movies signed to make it?
I hope to pick up a couple of the pins.
Iv’e a jacket those would look very nice on 🙂
I have the bolter key ring (I painted it) & imperial eagle belt buckle some where’s???
