Raging Heroes Get Painting & Howling In New Update
May 12, 2014 by brennon
Raging Heroes have shown off a lot more awesome preview images of their Toughest Girls in the Galaxy and some painted figures as well! See what you think of these picks from their latest blog...
So above are three of the first painted miniatures in the range, Mimi, Irina and Tania. They look very good indeed and the miniatures seem to have worked out very well. Talking of miniatures that I hope work out very well I had to pick out these four lovelies from the latest blog. Were-She-Wolves!
Now those are some very cool looking Werewolves and a massively awesome take on the very tried and tested format. My favourite of the bunch is Reyha, howling at the moon, and while of course there were some other brilliant miniatures being shown off these just had to be the focus in my opinion!

Yes!
I backed it 🙂 With a shed load of money.
Liking the look of the were-chicks when are they going to be avaliable?
Breasts proudly on display, and yet no genitals. I guess those are spawning pods then and wereladies breed asexually?
Dont get me wrong, they’re looking really cool, but this just strikes me as odd. You make the model naked, you give it secondary sexual attributes, and then decide that’s quite rowdy enough? Give them pants then, or at least armored thong to hide the bits you don’t want to sculpt!
Well, if it had been kingdom death, they wouldn’t have left them out and probably added teeth…
… and hands crawling out … or their clothing would have been made of … well, you’ve all seen the posts. 😀
Oh the horror. You have to have a lay down and cry now again just assembling their miniatures…
I can hear my therapist now.
Therapist: “Thank you for coming in, Mr. Smith. Can we start by getting a overall description of your symptoms? Trauma from childhood? Substance addiction? PTSD?”
*sniff* … I … I paint Kingdom Death minis.”
Therapist: “Oh … I see.” (reaching for the pen to write Prozac prescription).
I’ve been into werewolves ever since White Wolf came out with their Werewolf: the Apocalypse in 1992. Seen a lot of werewolf artwork, and for at least 20 years now people seem to have struggled with how to portray the female “crinos” form. I’ve seen some artists go hard core, giving them true wolf anatomy … beady to bear pups with two rows of four. Others have human-shaped bustlines but “clothe” them in fur. Still others use the “Bill Bixby Hulk” solution, where scraps of shredded clothing miraculously cling to certain areas after transformation. 🙂 This is new. I guess… Read more »
Aren’t these the same 3 painted figures that the’ve been showing for months..?
They’ve shown a hell of a lot of ( admitedly very loverly ) renders. But not much real product.
Which comes across a bit brisk. Wasn’t meant that way – I’m just champing at the bit to be able to buy a load of ’em. lol
