Hop In Your New White Scars Assault Speeder From Forge World

Forge World are keeping the White Scars battle-ready with a new addition to their Horus Heresy line-up. See what you make of the Kyzagan Assault Speeder.
The Landspeeders of old were some pretty hefty looking pieces of kit and just what the White Scars need for their patented brand of warfare, racing across the battlefield in lighting fast strikes against the enemy.
This addition to their armoury comes with all sorts of weapons including a Kheres assault cannon and two reaper autocannons.
As well as those weapon options it can also be armed with two Hunter Killer Missiles which have been strapped to the top. This means that as well as being able to cause havoc amongst the ranks of infantry arrayed before you it can also have a good pop at blowing up some tanks too.
I think the new Assault Speeder does look cool but nothing that would sway me too heavily towards diving into the Horus Heresy. I like some of the designs but White Scars have never really done it for me and I prefer the bulkier vehicles of the 41st Millenium over the sleeker designs from the Horus Heresy too.

Nice and as it’s white scares they can be used in 40K game’s?
Yup! It’ll probably just use the standard land speeder rules with some additional points to cover all the extra weapons.

I would think that equipment from 30k era could still be in use in 40k.
Found in a warehouse somewhere or just religously maintained.
I’m slightly tempted to get these and give them to my Imperial Fists as they should be sized for them and not for the god forsaken ‘Primate’urous marines’.
I don’t really like most of the 30k designs… something (and I can’t put a finger on it) really doesn’t ring with me
I would like an upgrade kit for the standard Speeder with just the Autocannons. With all the new goodies out there it would be nice if some of the older vehicles would get a upgrade and not just all new Primarus.
