Sorry @warzan, your post slipped through my alerts.

In a nut shell you want to be able to prove that each participant was conscious what is real character of the posts. It works similar to your online shop regulation, for you to be able to apply it to each sale, everyone has to tick a box that he is ok with it. With forum it is somewhat trickier, as not only posting but also reading it should require such tick. Can’t really say what viable option for Internet forums is, maybe something like cookie consent that many sites require?

And as said above: this is not an advise 😉
